Come along to a session, a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, discover healthy & energetic routines, and improve your wellbeing.
A mixed level yoga class, suitable for all, beginner's welcome.
We will work to improve strength, flexibility, coordination & balance whilst building awareness of the breath with mindful flow to help restore balance and calm the mind.
We will also look at our unhelpful habitual breath patterns, and explore techniques to help regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety and stress levels.
Our women's circles offer a nourishing space for us to come together and invite a restorative practice of self care into our lives. Through radical rest, discussion, gentle movement, breath awareness and guided meditation, we can reclaim our own personal power and lean into a genuine connection with our own embodied wisdom.
There will be a warm drink and homemade treats provided. Please let us know in advance of any allergies.
Each circle has a different theme that will be announced nearer the time...
A 70min mixed level Hatha flow yoga class, exploring mindful sequencing to challenge and build strength & awareness, improve balance, flexibility and coordination.
Each class will incorporate some breath work (pranayama) techniques and meditation to help strengthen the parasympathetic nervous system and calm the mind.
We will end with a deep relaxation (savasana), to prepare the body & mind for restful sleep.
Not suitable for beginners or those recovering from injury (unless student is confident and competent at choosing suitable modifications to certain postures).
