New Yoga Classes and Supportive Circles for Girls in Oxfordshire

September 6, 2022

At this critical and unique transitional time in their lives, girls can come together and explore their connection to the natural world through the creative and supportive practices of yoga, mindfulness, art and craft, breath and sound. This is a safe space for girls to relax, be themselves and have fun!

Our new Girls' Yoga Club and Moon Circle is on Tuesday evenings from 4 pm to 5 pm starting on the 13th of September at Bampton Village Hall, Oxfordshire.

Girls will learn how to connect with their bodies and breath in a way that feels good for them. They will be encouraged to experiment with different yoga poses and find what works best for their bodies.

Mindfulness practices will help them to become more aware of their thoughts and feelings and how to deal with them in a healthy way.

Art and craft activities will allow them to express themselves creatively while also providing a break from all the 'thinking'! Breathwork and sound will help them to relax and let go of any tension they may be carrying around.

Places are £48 for 6 sessions and filling up quickly, so to reserve your child's space, please click below.
