Women's Circles and Retreats in Oxfordshire.

A supportive and welcoming space for us to come together and invite a restorative practice of self care into our lives.

Reclaim your own personal power in a safe and welcoming space.

This is an invitation to a safe space. We practice active listening, respect and non-judgment.

From our own experiences, we understand that these spaces can feel both appealing and somewhat out of our comfort zones. It is an important part of our intention to make this space as accessible and welcoming as possible.

No previous knowledge or experience is needed to join us. We are so looking forward to learning with and from you all as well as offering what we have learnt.

Please do contact us if you have any questions about what to expect, else we look forward to welcoming you soon.
Lou is fun and caring in her approach as a teacher and holds a very clear, nurturing space.

About Lou & Anna

Lou and Anna had been working in the women's wellness space for a long time before they met. Lou was a yoga teacher, Anna was a doula and natural health therapist.

After supporting each other through some challenging times, Lou and Anna decided to come together and offer their learnings and personal practices to the women in their community, through women's circles and seasonal workshops.

The women come together to share, laugh, rest, practice self-care and community support. Every circle has a different theme—one is focused on springtime in April, one on summertime in July, etc.—and includes homemade treats and delicious chai.

The seasonal women's wellness workshops focus on the time of year and inner cycles of women, and include time in circle to learn and reflect before plenty of time on the mat to practice yoga.

Lou and Anna have received some amazingly positive feedback from these offerings.
