I offer a wide range of yoga classes, women's circles and retreats in Oxfordshire. They are a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, discover healthy & energetic routines, and improve your wellbeing.

Our yoga classes are ideal if you are looking to improve strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. They are suitable for complete beginners and those with experience.

Women's circles offer a nourishing, centring space for us to come together and invite self-care into our lives. Radical rest encourages deep relaxation to create more freedom, ease and flexibility in our daily lives.

Through Rest, Discussion, Movement and Breath Work, we can reclaim our own personal power and lean into genuine connection with ourselves.

About Lou

Yoga has been an important part of my life since becoming pregnant with my daughter in 2007. I had taken classes before then for a number of years but it was at this time I started to fully appreciate the benefits of carving out time for myself, connecting deeply to not just the physical practice, but to the breath and to stillness too.

Yoga & meditation became essential to my life coping as a single, working mum so I took the plunge in 2012 and trained to teach children's yoga, purchasing my first Children Inspired by Yoga franchise business in Oxfordshire. The natural progression for me was to then extend my teaching journey and in 2015 I began an 18 month yoga teacher training diploma at Triyoga in London led by the wonderfully inspiring Jean Hall & Mimi Kuo-Deemer.

The incredible women in my life; from my own daughter, sister, mum, stepmum, grandmother... to my friends near and far, continue to inspire and motivate me every day.

Any Questions?

Yes absolutely. Our mixed level class on Saturday mornings is suitable for beginners and anybody who might be recovering from an injury.

We start by looking at the fundamentals of a well-rounded yoga practice.

We will work to improve strength, flexibility, coordination & balance whilst building awareness of the breath with mindful flow to help restore balance and calm the mind.

It's suitable for everybody no matter your age or experience.
Please bring:

A yoga mat
Any other yoga props you wish to use
A blanket / warm layers for relaxation
A drink of water / tea / chai etc

(I have a few spare yoga mats or can sell you a mat at a discounted rate if you contact me in advance)

For our outside classes it's a good idea to bring a large blanket/old throw to have under your mat (prevents the ants), sun cream, an extra warm layer and an eye pillow for relaxation if you have one.
Our sessions are normally held at the Bampton Recreation Ground in Oxfordshire.

There's lots of free parking available right outside.
Whatever you are most comfortable in that allows you to easily move and stretch.
We offer 'Course Tickets' in half-term blocks for our yoga sessions that give you a discounted price per class and will guarantee you a place.

2 days before each class we offer a drop-in ticket, subject to availability.

Places on our women's circles and retreats can be reserved in advance to guarantee you a space.
